A fierce looking fish, Swordfish are some of the Atlantic’s most famous residents. Their long, flat bill can certainly be a liability for fishermen encountering them. No doubt, swordfish has inspired many a fish tale throughout history.

These fish are incredibly tasty and their flavor is distinctly oceanic. They’re best prepared broiled or grilled – you can’t go wrong with a dash of seafood spice on either side before cooking.
