Southern Salt oysters are aptly named for their brine-packed flavor. They are grown in the New River Inlet, where ocean water flows into the New River every day providing essential nutrients, naturally tumbling the oysters, and cleaning the water. These oysters have a high salinity and finishes clean. They’re perfect for raw shucking or a steamed oyster appetizer.
