Take a walk on the wild side and try Mako Shark for dinner. The fastest swimming shark in the ocean, makos have incredible stamina. They can swim across entire oceans during their lifetime.

The taste of mako is often compared to swordfish, although sweeter on flavor. The steaks are perfect for grilling or broiling, and we recommend marinating them for at least an hour beforehand.
