Cooking Instructions
-We recommend cooking whole fish for 10-12 min per pound.

-Whichever option you choose, remember to lightly oil the skin of the fish so it doesn’t stick to your cooking surface.

-Baking: Preheat the oven to 400F. Place whole fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Lightly oil the skin of the fish and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a fork can easily pull away fillet from the bone.

-Grilling: Preheat grill to 400F if it is a gas grill, if not then light your coals to medium heat. Lightly oil the skin of the fish and place on the grill. Cook the fish for 6-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. The fish will be done when the fillet can be easily pulled away from the bone.

-Steaming: Place the steamer pot on your stove with enough water to steam the fish. Turn your pot of water on and bring water to a boil. Place fish on the top steaming rack and put the lid on to cover. Cook for 14-20 minutes or until the fish fillet can easily be pulled away from the bone.
