Thursday, June 5th, Chef Tom and Vinnie’s Steak House & Tavern will be welcoming Lin Peterson and Ryan Speckman of Locals Seafood and special guests Sally and Wes Eason of Sunburst Trout Farms in Canton, NC for our first Meet the Maker Dinner of 2014. Don’t miss your opportunity to meet and talk with purveyors and producers of some of the freshest seafood in NC. Chef Tom has an amazing menu planned for the evening and our guests will be here to discuss the finer points of bringing NC Seafood to our tables. The cost of the dinner is $50 per person and wine pairings will be available for an additional $15 per person. A Meet and Greet will begin at 6:30 and seating will begin around 7:15.
