Our shrimp sausages are one of the most unique items we offer. Pork casings stuffed with shrimp, herbs, and spices are perfect for the grill or for adding to soups, stews, and sauces. Try dicing the andouille and adding it to gumbo, jambalaya or dirty rice. The smoked kielbasa is a great addition to shrimp or fish and grits.
All of our sausages are cured in-house and fully cooked before freezing. Available for walk up sales at Raleigh Farmers Market and our restaurants. Available by pre-order only at Chapel Hill & Western Wake Farmers Market.
