Ingredients
2 whole fish, about 1 pound each, scaled and gutted
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt & Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse fish and remove any extra scales.
Rub salt and melted butter inside and outside fish.
Roll fish in breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle a little bit of pepper on the fish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
