Needed from your kitchen:
Saute Pan
Cooking oil
Spatula

Cooking Instructions

– Thaw cakes in package overnight in fridge. You can put the package in a bowl of water to speed the process.

– Remove the crab cakes from the package and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess moisture from thawing.

-Place your saute pan on the stove and turn to medium heat.

-Once pan is hot, add high temp cooking oil. Place crab cakes into pan making sure not to crowd the pan too much.

-Sear each cake from 6-7 minutes on each side before carefully flipping and cooking for 6-7 minutes on the second side.

-Remove cakes from saute pan and serve hot.
