Stones Bay oysters are named for their home – Stones Bay in the New River near Camp Lejeune. Ocean water flows into the bay every day providing essential nutrients, naturally tumbling the oysters, and cleaning the water. The oyster has a moderate salinity and finishes clean. They’re perfect for raw shucking or a steamed oyster appetizer.
