Our smoked fish dip is made by our partner, Locals Oyster Bar, right here in Raleigh. NC fish is applewood smoked and mixed with dill, lemon, and spices creating a delicious blend of flavors. 

It is easy to spoon onto crackers or bread. It makes for a great snack and it’s perfect for holiday gatherings or football tailgates. You can even spread it on a roll and eat a smoked fish sandwich for lunch!
