Siren’s Salts are grown in the shallow water between Harkers Island and the mainland in Down East, North Carolina. The grassy bottom give these oysters a delightful earthy flavor, and proximity to the open ocean keeps the salinity high.
The Siren’s small size make them ideal for shucking and eating raw, preferably with a cold beer in hand.
