GROWN IN North River near Straits, NC
CULTIVATED BY Chris Matteo of Chadwick Creek Oysters
Siren’s Salts are grown in the shallow water between Harkers Island and the mainland in Down East, North Carolina. The grassy bottom give these oysters a delightful earthy flavor, and proximity to the open ocean keeps the salinity high.
The Siren’s small size make them ideal for shucking and eating raw, preferably with a cold beer in hand.
