Our annual Winter Seafood Jubilee will look a little different this year. Instead of throwing a big in-person bash, we’re choosing to help you celebrate at home. And we’re thrilled to partner with Locals Seafood alumnus Nathan Williams of Current Wellness!
Our friends at Current Wellness will teach you the ins and outs of hosting your own oyster roast. From cooking techniques, serving suggestions, and even some fun oyster facts to share with your guests – you’ll be ready to host a killer roast all on your own.
There are two ways to participate: Current Wellness is hosting a small in-person class at their brand new facility in downtown Raleigh on March 7. More info & signup here.
You can also purchase a Winter Seafood Jubilee Kit from Locals Oyster Bar to gain access to an exclusive webinar version of the class, featuring Lin of Locals Seafood & Eric of Locals Oyster Bar in addition to our friend Nate. This allows you to view the webinar and try your hand at roasting when it’s convenient for you.
