Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse fish under cold water and remove any scales. Pat dry with a paper towel. Rub fish with olive oil. Season outside and cavity with salt, pepper, lemon and herbes de provence. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on fish size. Enjoy!
