- 1 lb flounder filet
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Seasoning of choice (Cajun, salt/pepper, etc)
Turn oven to broil. Lightly brush fillets with oil and lemon juice and place in shallow broiler pan. Season to taste. Broil fillets 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. (Time depends on filet thickness and temp of your oven/broiler.) Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
