How To Steam & Eat a Blue Crab

STEAM:
1 part water
1 part cider vinegar
1 part beer (and a few sips for the chef)
Couple dashes of OLD BAY seasoning into this liquid

Heat to a full boil. Add live crabs to steamer & sprinkling each layer with OLD BAY.

Steam for 25-30 min – until bright red. Remove and add more Old Bay if you prefer. Eat on newspaper covered table. Enjoy!
